“Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” -World Health Organization. Recognizing in today’s age, we find ourselves reaching for “the pill” to cure our disease. With the help of modern technology, doctors can diagnose and provide informed choice of treatment available to their knowledge. Ultimately, its how you choose to treat yourself. Finding the root cause is important to treatment and can be simple as pulling back the layers of an onion to get to the core root. Although, it depends how big that onion is on how long that will take. There are no fast fixes. If so, they are temporary or come at a heavy price.
TruLeigh was created to support integrative, physical, mental, and social well-being through physical, nutritional, and restorative natural health.
Physical health brings confidence when able to independently do daily activities, having the strength to carry groceries to lift heavy items with proper form, the joy of playing a favourite sport, prevent injury when slipping or falling, this is just an example of the emotional integration to physical health.
Nutritional eating lowers depression when self realization to emotional eating, supplementing to support serotonin or eat at social functions without feeling judged, is another emotional integration of nutritional health.
Restoring calms, the everyday problems, gives priorities to what matters allowing cortisol levels to decrease. Thinking becomes rationalized and less reactive, clearing the mind of what is not needed and socially accepting other for who they are.
The only pill for this is looking within. It’s natural!
TruLeigh has a path for everyone and each one is individually tailored that is fun and functional to your health. TruLeigh also caters to those who know what they want.
